We have seen the tremendous impact dedicated coaching can have on junior team members’ learning curve. Therefore, we decided to push the concept one step further. When hiring young consultants, Satisco does not only train them on the tools they will have to use, but also gives them the opportunity to work on a project inspired by real world cases, to help them gain in fluency with the tools and real-life processes. This project lasts several weeks and requires deeper expertise than typical training courses.
If you think this could be relevant, we can also offer this to your employees. We can assign them to a similar project, during which they will work with our experts to get up to speed. This project can be held in different domains (currently logistics or banking).
